Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product offerings, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage to mitigate bias and ensure compliance.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to prototype novel algorithms and push the boundaries of current machine learning capabilities.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the technical team.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for high-scale environments, ensuring sub-millisecond latency and minimal resource consumption.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field, with 5+ years of industry experience.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (e.g., Kubernetes, MLflow, Docker).
- Proven experience deploying and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and scalable microservices architecture.
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
