Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at diverse Philadelphia events including festivals, concerts, and conferences
- Manage guest flow, check-ins, and venue access with professionalism and efficiency
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during high-traffic events
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams to ensure seamless operations
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including stages, signage, and equipment
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Must be 18+ and able to pass background screening
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in all weather conditions for outdoor events
