As an Early Morning Stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our stores are fully stocked and ready for the day. Responsibilities
- Merchandise Receiving: Safely unload, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise from delivery trucks.
- Shelf Organization: Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays according to company standards.
- Inventory Control: Rotate stock to ensure freshness, check for damaged goods, and update inventory levels.
- Customer Assistance: Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, answering questions and locating products.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the stockroom and sales floor clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other stocking equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic Math: Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
