Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and merchandise with precision and efficiency during early morning hours to ensure store readiness.
- Unload and organize incoming inventory from delivery trucks using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict compliance with company safety standards.
- Ensure product displays are visually appealing, correctly priced, and fully stocked for the day's customers.
- Assist in inventory counts and manage stock rotation to ensure product freshness and availability.
- Collaborate with team members to execute daily stocking schedules and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM start time).
- Physical stamina required to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for pricing and inventory management accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work location.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the facility/store.
