Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and displays to ensure product availability and visual appeal.
- Organize and rotate inventory to adhere to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards.
- Receive and unpack incoming shipments, verifying accuracy of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor environment.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist in the preparation of merchandise for the sales floor.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 3:00 AM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical stamina required to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or stocking is a plus but not required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
