Responsibilities
- Beverage Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to our premium standards.
- Customer Experience: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate espresso machines, blenders, and other brewing equipment.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our menu offerings, ingredients, and brewing techniques.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Teamwork: A collaborative mindset and willingness to assist teammates during peak hours.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
