Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while upselling products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Deep passion for coffee and willingness to learn advanced brewing techniques
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
