Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, espresso beverages, and seasonal creations
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash/credit payments
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of premium coffee supplies
- Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in specialty coffee preparation or customer service
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and latte art techniques
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler Certification preferred
