Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and signature recipes
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of coffee stations, equipment, and service areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash and digital payments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours
- Source and present pastries and light food items to complement coffee offerings
- Participate in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience or equivalent coffee craft training
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and bean varieties
- Exceptional communication skills with a passion for creating memorable customer experiences
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks
