Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee flow
- Set up and break down event infrastructure (stages, signage, seating)
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with vendors and event coordinators
- Monitor crowd dynamics and report issues to supervisors
- Assist with post-event cleanup and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year event/concert staffing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for weekend/evening/overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols
