Responsibilities
- Present menus to guests and answer questions about menu items and restaurant operations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system efficiently.
- Deliver orders in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and temperature standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with grace and professionalism.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions responsibly.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage products and menu items.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
