Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to weekend guests at casino/resort venues
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and cash handling
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and public areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during high-volume weekend events
- Uphold safety and sanitation protocols per company standards
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Sat/Sun) with flexible scheduling
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling aptitude
- Nevada Gaming License (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to Las Vegas Strip location
