Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables while providing menu recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks according to our high standards.
- Handle customer payments and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and dining stations throughout the shift.
- Upsell menu items and handle guest complaints with professionalism and grace.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
