Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting patrons warmly and ensuring their dining experience is flawless.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately, checking back to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, including setting tables and clearing plates.
- Upsell drinks and specials to enhance the guest experience and contribute to sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server or Bartender in a fine dining or high-volume establishment.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail menus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; physical stamina required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; alcohol certification (TABC) preferred.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
