As a Server/Bartender, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Provide expert recommendations on menu items and cocktails.
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas throughout the shift.
- Upsell products and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol serving regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server, Bartender, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and local beer is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be at least 21 years old (for alcohol service).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
