Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and audit secure smart contracts primarily in Solidity and Rust.
- Optimize gas usage and improve the efficiency of existing protocols on Ethereum and Layer 2 networks.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers and product managers to integrate Web3 wallets and dApps.
- Conduct rigorous security testing and vulnerability assessments for all deployed contracts.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in DeFi, NFTs, and blockchain interoperability standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in blockchain/Web3 development.
- Deep expertise in Solidity and experience writing secure smart contracts.
- Proficiency in Rust for high-performance blockchain backends.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and distributed systems.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
