Responsibilities
- Architect and develop secure, high-performance smart contracts using Solidity and Rust.
- Lead code reviews and ensure best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Optimize gas fees and transaction throughput for high-volume DeFi protocols.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate complex Web3 interfaces.
- Participate in security audits and implement remediation strategies.
- Contribute to the evolution of our multi-chain bridge infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development with 2+ years specifically in Web3 or Blockchain.
- Deep expertise in Solidity, Rust, and EVM standards (Ethereum, Solana, or similar).
- Proven track record of deploying and maintaining production-grade smart contracts.
- Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and distributed systems.
- Experience with development tools like Hardhat, Truffle, and TypeScript.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
