Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-throughput blockchain solutions integrating AI agents and smart contracts.
- Design scalable Layer 2 scaling strategies to reduce costs and increase transaction speeds.
- Develop robust APIs and SDKs that allow third-party developers to interact with our decentralized ecosystem.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and vulnerability assessments for Web3 protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and ML engineers, to define technical roadmaps.
- Drive technical mentorship and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with 3+ years specifically in Blockchain or Web3 development.
- Deep expertise in Rust, Go, or Solidity for building high-performance decentralized systems.
- Strong background in Machine Learning, NLP, and integrating AI models into backend systems.
- Experience with EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, Polygon) and familiarity with non-EVM chains (Solana, Near).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity in emerging tech landscapes.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) in production environments.
