Responsibilities
- Execute inventory control procedures using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in receiving, picking, and shipping operations
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards and safety protocols
- Train new associates on equipment operation and warehouse processes
- Optimize workflow efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage hazardous material handling and documentation
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse experience with forklift certification
- Proficiency in WMS systems and RF technology
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license
