Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume order picking/packing with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Manage inventory counts using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards in all operations
- Mentor junior staff on safety protocols and efficiency techniques
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with shipping/receiving teams
- Optimize workflow to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/fulfillment experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Reliable transportation and clean background check
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
