Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient order fulfillment
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols in a 200k sq ft facility
- Train junior associates on new warehouse technologies
- Optimize storage layouts for maximum space utilization
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse experience with machinery operation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent
