Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Maintain 5S workplace organization and safety protocols
- Train junior associates on warehouse technologies and procedures
- Lead cycle count initiatives to ensure 99.5% inventory accuracy
- Optimize storage layouts for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience with forklift certification
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills in high-volume environments
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean record
- Experience leading small teams or mentorship roles
