Responsibilities
- Manage high-value inventory with meticulous attention to detail and zero-error protocols
- Operate advanced warehouse equipment including electric pallet jacks and automated sorting systems
- Lead cross-functional teams during peak operations and inventory audits
- Implement Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize warehouse workflows
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards and conduct daily safety inspections
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience with high-value inventory handling
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Valid OSHA forklift certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong mathematical skills for inventory reconciliation
- Experience leading small teams or mentoring new staff
- Fluent English with clear communication skills
