Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inventory receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Implement lean warehouse practices to optimize productivity
- Train junior associates on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse experience with high-volume operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with error-free work history
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience leading small teams or mentoring colleagues
