Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Manage inventory control systems using RF scanners and WMS software
- Coordinate high-volume order fulfillment for major retail partners
- Maintain 5S standards and OSHA compliance throughout operations
- Lead cross-functional teams during peak season surges
- Train new associates on warehouse protocols and equipment
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency by 15%+
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Valid Florida driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
