Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research and create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate requirements into intuitive designs.
- Design and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, clients, and internal teams effectively.
- Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on data and user feedback.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with front-end development basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a flexible environment.
