Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct remote diagnostics and guide users through step-by-step solutions via chat and phone.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to document bugs and suggest improvements to our software.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and training junior support staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support, Helpdesk, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
