Your Mission:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the bridge between our clients and our technology. You will troubleshoot complex issues, ensure system uptime, and deliver world-class customer service during off-peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets efficiently within defined SLAs.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and report recurring bugs or system anomalies.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism during evening and weekend interactions.
- Conduct remote training sessions for clients regarding best practices and software usage.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, JIRA).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during Evening and Weekend shifts.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.
