Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and customer support via phone, chat, and email during evening and weekend shifts.
- Analyze and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues for enterprise clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all support tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to identify root causes of recurring system outages.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in the implementation of new software patches and system updates.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role.
- Strong flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends as required.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and common business applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and escalate issues when necessary.
