As an evening specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they receive seamless technical assistance outside of standard business hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues for enterprise clients.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets within our ticketing system (Zendesk/ServiceNow).
- Document technical resolutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot escalated issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) during night shifts.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening and night hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
