Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level technical troubleshooting and support via phone and email for evening clients.
- Analyze complex system errors and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to escalate and resolve critical bugs.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism during high-volume periods.
- Conduct training sessions for junior support staff on emerging technical issues.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and availability to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
