Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, aligning engineering efforts with long-term business goals.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration and future-forward programming paradigms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical vision into actionable strategies for stakeholders.
