Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and industry standards.
- System Design: Design and implement complex microservices architectures and cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system health and optimize infrastructure to ensure 99.99% uptime and sub-millisecond latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security teams to integrate new technologies seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technologies: Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, with deep knowledge of serverless computing.
- Programming: Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or Java.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
