We are currently recruiting a Senior Software Engineer to spearhead the development of our flagship product, Vortex 2026. Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core infrastructure for the Vortex 2026 suite, focusing on scalability, security, and high availability.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while establishing and enforcing coding standards and best practices across the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user interactions.
- Agile Execution: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to drive projects forward efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, and experience with modern cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- System Design: Demonstrated ability to design complex distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving difficult technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
