Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for coding and architecture.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on front-end or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
