Responsibilities
- Architect and Design: Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures and components.
- Full-Stack Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, Python).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance and implement optimizations to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Agile Methodology: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced startup culture.
