Responsibilities

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and technical excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability.
- Optimize application performance and contribute to the technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule, including potential weekend shifts or remote work options.
