Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern web technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform rigorous unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality delivery and system stability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to define requirements and deliver features on time.
- Shift Management: Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively within the Evening/Weekend operational window.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and participate in code reviews to foster team growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and a backend framework (e.g., Node.js, Express).
- Database: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours during Evening or Weekend shifts.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
