Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions for our enterprise clients.
- Maintain and optimize existing codebases during evening and weekend maintenance windows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews and perform debugging to ensure system stability and performance.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations and incident response during high-traffic periods.
- Document technical architecture and maintain detailed technical specifications.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in modern languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile practices.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote-first, shift-based environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
