Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; lead code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define features and technical specifications.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure product reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Node.js. Experience with React, Vue, or Angular is highly preferred.
- Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills in a team environment.
