Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and AWS.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain high code quality standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and influence architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote and hybrid team environment.
