Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Lead code reviews and architecture discussions to ensure best practices and maintain high code quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to define feature requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Debug complex issues in production environments and implement performance optimizations to enhance user experience.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code that adheres to industry security and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on the JavaScript ecosystem.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js for full-stack development.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and SQL database management.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
