Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to maintain high coding standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug code, and ensure system stability and performance.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to recommend improvements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C++).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
