As a Senior Engineer at Apex, you will play a pivotal role in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Problem Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance.
- Agile Leadership: Drive the technical decision-making process within agile sprints, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve system reliability, scalability, and security.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Database Skills: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
