Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement improvements to enhance site performance and organic rankings.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with SEO best practices and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure hiring goals are met and technical requirements are understood.
- Monitor web analytics and recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for optimization.
- Optimize meta tags, headers, and site structure for maximum search engine visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO and technical recruitment within the UK market.
- Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for on-page optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Greenhouse).
- Relevant degree or professional qualification is preferred.
- Knowledge of the UK job market and employment law is a plus.
