Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and keyword research to improve organic search rankings for client websites.
- Manage and optimize job postings across various platforms to attract high-quality candidates in the Detroit region.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules for open technical positions.
- Write engaging, SEO-optimized content for blogs and social media channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Analyze web traffic data to identify trends and improve website performance.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in SEO, Content Marketing, or Technical Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and Google Analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Deep knowledge of the Detroit, MI employment market and local industries is a significant plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
