Your Mission
As our Senior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. You will bridge the gap between technical engineering and creative content, ensuring our digital presence is unmatched.
Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Auditing: Conduct in-depth audits of website architecture to identify and fix crawl errors, improve site speed, and enhance mobile usability.
- Keyword Strategy: Lead the research and strategy for high-value keywords, optimizing content to target user intent and drive organic ranking growth.
- Link Building: Develop and execute a white-hat link-building campaign to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with content creators and developers to ensure all assets are optimized for search engines.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends by analyzing competitor strategies and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings for enterprise-level websites.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices. Proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Analytics: Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4, SQL, or similar data analysis tools.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into clear, actionable business strategies for non-technical teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are a plus.
