Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with a luxury, personalized approach.
- Drive sales targets and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue goals.
- Manage inventory, stock rooms, and point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Build and maintain a client database to foster repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
- Assist in training new hires and mentoring junior staff members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
