Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a premium and inviting shopping atmosphere.
- Assist customers in locating products and providing detailed product information and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store by restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and ensuring displays are organized.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with strict adherence to company security and loss prevention policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the evening management team to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
