Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with their equipment needs, providing expert product knowledge and recommendations.
- Operations: Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and manage returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and ensure the showroom is organized, clean, and safe for visitors.
- Equipment Handling: Demonstrate proper use and safety features of rental and retail equipment to customers.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales, damages, and customer interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
